Всем привет. Такой вопрос. Продалось по лицензии вектор. Я не успел удалить с айстока его удалить но зделал запрос на удаление. С дримса пришло письмо.
я Ответил им что все удалил и прикрепил скриншоты что на айсток запрос отправлен и я жду чтоб они удалили вектор. Чем может эта задержка по удалению мне грозить. Кто то стыкался с этим.

very similar concept) is still available for download via other sale
venues. Be advised that this is considered as serious infringement of
our terms and site usage rules and the agency reserves the right to
take the measures it sees fit. We may be forced to refund the buyer
for the purchase and you are liable to pay damages should they be
requested. As you know the exclusivity applies to the concept and
small variations are not acceptable. As per our Terms and conditions,
you must remove the image from sale within 72 hours from the SR-EL transaction:

exclusivity is placed on the concept so any file with
identical/extremely similar content should also be withdrawn from sale.
A written response to this e-mail is both appreciated and expected
within 48 hours days after its transmission. You should be aware that
failure to do so might result in permanent ban and legal action
against you for license agreement infringement.
Be advised that almost any agency has affiliates so you might also
need to check: Thinkstock, Agestock, Photoxpress, Pond5, Stocklib and
other similar. When writing an agency to remove your images make sure
they will eliminate them from the affiliates as well and update your
account situation.
